Bulgarian Property Developments will welcome the first tenants of its Logistics Park Ruse and Logistics Park Varna’s building A6 later this year. The investor will offer modern warehouse facilities to the companies operating in the regions of Ruse and Varna. Logistics Park Ruse, which is shall be completed in Q1 2011, is situated one kilometer away from the Danube bridge, next to the main road between Bulgaria and Romania, 3 kilometres away from Ruse city centre. Its location makes it particularly attractive for big tenants.

The construction of Logistics Park Varna’s building A6, which started in 2010, is also scheduled to finish in Q1 2011. Bulgarian Property Developments started working on the facility following the full acquisition of Logistics Park Varna. The deal gives us the opportunity to develop the complex according to our own strategy.

The acquisition will also allow Bulgarian Property Developments to achieve synergy between its two projects and offer better conditions to the clients.
