The total number of newly delivered residential units in capital of Bulgaria Sofia in Q1 2012 is 231 which is almost twice less compared to those in Q1 2011. The new deliveries in Varna are 448 and in Bourgas – 527 only for the first three months of the year. The residential buildings in Sofia that received occupancy permits in Q1 2012 had a total area of 17,300 sq.m. or 43% less than in Q1 2011.
