The monthly rentals of the most common apartments in the coastal city of Varna have dropped by about 20% compared with 2009, which is an average decrease of EUR 100 in city’s all districts, FOCUS – Varna Radio reported.

In 2008 a well-appointed apartment in the city center cost EUR 300-EUR 350 a month, while now the owners would be happy if they manage to find a tenant for EUR 250. A semi-furnished apartment in the downtown could be rented for EUR 200 a month.
